40JL Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here:

• "40JL" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 40jl.best and operated under applicable Philippine gaming law.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or is accessing the 40JL platform.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process required to confirm player identity before withdrawals are processed.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use the 40JL platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling participation in the Philippines and 40JL enforces it without exception.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 40JL platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering at 40JL, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and one-time PINs (OTPs).
• 40JL will never ask for your password or OTP through chat, email, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from 40JL and requesting your credentials should be treated as fraudulent.
• Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify support.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your 40JL account with any other person.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are prohibited and will trigger an account review. 40JL reserves the right to return funds and request re-submission through a verified personal account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 40JL are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed in PHP only.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, 40JL requires completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This involves submitting:

• A government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID)
• A selfie holding the presented ID
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days)

For fully verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business hours. 40JL processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at 40JL:

All card and parlour games on the 40JL platform — including Tongits, Pusoy, Color Game, and Bingo — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 40JL does not manipulate game outcomes based on player activity, bet size, or account history.

Specific rules for each game type are available within the relevant game lobby on the 40JL platform. By entering any game, you confirm you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. Key general principles include:

• All in-game decisions and actions are final once confirmed. Disconnection during a game hand or round does not entitle a player to a refund unless the game client rules specifically provide for disconnection protection.
• Game results generated by 40JL's certified RNG are final. No appeal against RNG outcomes will be entertained.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or external tools to gain an advantage in any 40JL game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 40JL platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Attempting to launder money or use the 40JL platform for any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) or related regulations.
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated effort to exploit promotional terms, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds in a manner designed to remove risk.
• Using technical exploits, vulnerabilities, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Impersonating another player, a 40JL employee, or any other person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward 40JL support staff or other players on the platform.
• Accessing the 40JL platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

40JL cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Suspicious account activity is reported in compliance with Philippine AMLA regulations.

10. Responsible Gaming

40JL is committed to supporting safe, sustainable gaming for all players. The following tools are available to every registered 40JL account holder and can be activated directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Bet limits: Restrict the maximum single stake you can place.

• Receiving a chargeback or disputed payment from the player's bank or payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 40JL reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the balance pending investigation. 12. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 40JL content without prior written authorisation.

The 40JL name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use in any medium, including social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials, is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 40JL shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own negligence, including failure to secure account credentials.
